Look…Apple Cider Vinegar may help clear up infections sooner. There are several studies showing what it does in the lab or in mice. However, that doesn’t mean those same benefits will happen in people! We just need more studies on Apple Cider Vinegar in clinical trials. But for now, there aren’t any that show a difference. I researched Cochrane Reviews, Google Scholar, and Pubmed and couldn’t find anything to support its use for treatment of infections.
