Question:
Is there any evidence that any of the over the counter herbal supplements like lipoflavinoids reduce my tinnitus (ear-ringing) problems more than a placebo pill?
Answer:
No
MedHead Confidence Score: 6
Amount Saved: $83 bottle of lipoflavinoids
MedHead Message:
Save your money folks. There are many, many reasons for ringing in the ears. The most common is plain old hearing loss from exposure to loud noises in your past. (think about all those rock concerts you went to as a youth!). There are also medication effects like aspirin. There are medical and psychological conditions, and the list goes on. No single herbal supplement is going to take it all away regardless of the cause.
