MedHead Message:

After checking on Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane database shows no clinical studies that lower blood sugar on a consistent basis. My recommendation would be to put down the Apple Cider Vinegar, then put down the ice-cream, and just start eating healthy foods like fresh fruits and vegetables and get some regular exercise. This will clearly be more beneficial than trying to cover up with an unproven supplement to treat your diabetes.
