MedHead Message:
Rhubarb root has been studied several times and the results consistently reveal, that indeed, that ugly root you pull out of the dirt actually helps relieve hot flashes and night sweats. If you can’t take or won’t take hormones for your hot flashes, add some rhubarb into your regimen that already likely contains black cohosh. Start with 4mg of extract root in a supplement daily.
