This is somewhat a surprise. Pretty robust results for not only depression but also as an add on to existing antidepressants. Take 500mg 2 to 3 times daily for at least two months before noticing an effect. I recommend Doctor’s Best High Absorption Turmeric for the best overall price and quality.
