MedHead Message:
Scam artists love to prey on older people because they start losing memory and decrease the ability to rationally assess situations. Although this recommendation is currently weakly supported by evidence, the amount of evidence is growing. I recommend 1000 mg of curcumin daily, a highly absorptive type. Doctor’s Best high absorption curcumin is a good option that is cost effective. You can find it on Amazon. I also recommend omega-3 fatty acids, like in fish oil, usually 1000 mg daily of EPA/DHA mixture. Take both of these indefinitely. And please get some exercise for at least 20 minutes per day. Sharpen that mental saw so you can fend off those unscrupulous scam artists calling you daily!
