A meta analysis of Ashwagandha (say that 3 times really fast) done in 2021 showed a highly significant reduction in anxiety and stress symptoms. However, many of the studies were at a higher risk of being biased toward Ashwagandha. From what I can tell, it reduces the levels of cortisol and DHEA in the bloodstream, so you don’t want to take Ashwagandha for chronic fatigue, although sometimes chronic fatigue may result from chronically elevated levels of cortisol. It looks like Nature’s Way has the best price for the dose you need, I would take the 500mg capsule once daily for at least 3 months.
