MedHead Message:

There is at least moderate evidence that eating a low acid, high alkaline diet decreases your odds of dying in at least a few studies. The bottom line: Eat more vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and spinach. Eat less steak, chicken, ice cream, white hamburger buns, and french fries, and voila! you get to eek out a few more years on good ole earth. With those extra years, save the money you’d spend on your funeral and take your family to Hawaii, courtesy of MedHead.
