Diet soda will not help you lose weight! The sugar substitute in the soda only fakes out your body into thinking it’s getting sugar, but when it doesn’t, your body subconsciously seeks out sugar elsewhere, thus resulting in weight gain. Have you EVER seen someone lose weight by artificial sweeteners? Didn’t think so! Don’t fall for it folks…You will never, ever lose weight with artificial sweeteners. Sorry.
