Coenzyme Q10 helps produce ATP, which is the energy your heart and body need to perform daily tasks. Those with chronic fatigue who are already getting plenty of sleep, eating a healthy diet, and getting regular exercise may benefit from coenzyme Q10. I recommend starting at 400 mg daily and moving up to 800 mg daily. I also recommend a combination with American Ginseng 500mg daily and D-ribose powder 5g scoop in water 2-3 times daily. Magnesium 500mg daily is an important addition as well.
