We have one small study showing some weight loss faster with 3 tablespoons daily of Apple Cider Vinegar reduces weight in overweight people over 12 weeks. The problem with this is can you tolerate drinking an acidic liquid every day for the rest of your life? I’d probably stick with eating fresh fruits and vegetables on a regular basis.
