I think this one is pretty clear, folks. Low carbohydrate diets are superior to low fat diets in terms of overall weight loss. The trick here is to understand that when we say “carb” we’re talking about white flour and white sugar (e.g. bread, donuts, soda, desserts, tortillas, potato chips, pizza, pasta). Other “carbs” like broccoli and cauliflower are essential to healthy eating.
