Not one study I can find that shows that HCG does anything to help you lose weight. The only ones available are from the 1970’s! So how about that ridiculous 500 calorie per day diet? Just like the plastic toy in the box of cracker jacks. This one is worthless, folks. Save your money and buy healthy fresh fruits and vegetables, eat a whole lot less bread and pasta, and increase protein. Voila! weight loss. You can thank me later. In the meantime, better use that $600 to get shopping for great food.
