Vitamin D is a hot topic, and highly controversial. Recent studies have shown that a vitamin D supplementation does NOT reduce pain in patients with chronic pain syndrome, like rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. Vitamin D doesn’t cost a lot, but every little thing counts. If you’re in a lot of chronic pain, don’t look to vitamin D to help you out. Sorry.
