Human Growth Hormone can help memory, mood and cognition in adults with a deficiency, but not in those with normal levels. All depression, dementia, memory loss can’t and won’t be solved by taking HGH. It’s just silly to think otherwise. Think of the following: “all airline pilots are people, but not all people are airline pilots’. Just because I’m a person doesn’t qualify me to fly a commercial airplane, so too, I should just take HGH because I’m forgetful or depressed.
