It appears that CBD has finally started gaining some traction in the literature. When I mean “some”, I mean very, very scant. At the same time, the findings at least appear to be somewhat consistent in the field of anxiety disorders. Should you try CBD for anxiety, please don’t stop other treatments you are receiving. If there is any effect from CBD, it is very small. But worth a try. It’s the wild west out there so be careful when selecting CBD products. I know swansonvitamins.com is reputable and has a CBD product. We’ll see if more data comes out on CBD soon.
